The recording of these short stories may evoke memories and, as always happens when I commit to some serious writing, result in a deeper understanding of what is occurring in my life, my conscience, my heart.
I established this blog primarily to encourage myself to write on a more regular basis but also to chronicle some daily happenings and the impressions they leave. It is my place–created mainly for me–and I do not intend to promote it; however, you are more than welcome to read it and return as often as you’d like if it brings you any sort of pleasure.
This blog is also my means for finding and connecting with other bloggers. I am grateful for the variety of reading material and writing styles I have encountered here at WordPress as well as the friendships I have made.

Thanks for stopping by my blog and liking my Schnoodles/Twerking post. I can’t say the piece flowed as well as I would have liked, but it was a real conversation at the dog park…minus my demonstration. That would NEVER happen!

Oh no way! Too funny.
I think the only poodle mix I’ve seen is Pierre’s friend Skippy, a Chihuahua/Poodle. He’s a cutie – just a curly Chihuahua. Skippy’s doggy brother just had knee surgery so they won’t be at the park for awhile. Expect pics of Skippy in, oh, 8 weeks or so. 🙂

Thanks! I only carry a small waterproof, freeze proof, dust proof, drop proof camera, but it takes decent pictures.

We women always talk about how we wish our hair or body looked another way, instead of the way they do. Thanks for commenting about your own hair. Because my hair’s so thick, no matter how short it is, going out the door with it down is outta the question. Or else I won’t be able to see. It would just get all over my face and into other people’s faces. That’s so cute about how you have to buy young girls’ hair accessories! I’d often grab about 1/4th of my hair and then say to my sis about how I had seen so many women have just that much of hair (as all of their hair). And I’d sigh, wishing I could be like that. I very much wish I could be one of those women who can have their long hair down, run around outside or on the beach with it, and not have to worry that it’s gonna black out their vision, cause them to trip, and scrape their knees. Oy. Your hair looks gorgeous, by the way!

And I, of course, would like thicker hair. More coarse, actually. I have enough hairs on my head, they’re just baby fine. But I can definitely sense your dilemma. Thank you for the compliment on my hair. It’s mostly just fine and stringy. 🙂
